That includes the offering of fee arrangements that provide clients certainty upfront, including by offering (phase-based) fixed or capped fees, or that let the value added by us weigh in on the bill. By extension, all our office costs are included in the hourly rates or fee arrangement. We also aim to provide clients with an accurate estimate of all foreseeable additional costs for services of third parties at the start of our work.
